About The Position

This is a contract/travel position for a Registered Nurse specializing in OR Circulator/Pre-Op/PACU. The role is located in Lamar, CO, with a shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The rate for this position is $3,212 for a 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in perioperative, OR, PACU, or pre-op nursing preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
• CNOR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and the operating room for surgery, maintaining sterile technique.
• Circulate in the OR to assist surgical teams and monitor patient status.
• Monitor patients in pre-op and PACU phases, administering medications and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-op care.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team.
