About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Operating Room in Arlington, Virginia, for a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical credentials and references, health and vaccination documentation, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening.
