About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Operating Room in Lufkin, Texas, for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, screening results, and clinical references and be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
