Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire
- BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients in accordance with established standards
- Administer medications, chemotherapy, and supportive treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and symptom management
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Uphold patient safety, quality, and infection control standards
