About The Position
Join Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers as an Oncology RN and provide coverage across infusion centers, helping deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment. This position floats among the West Valley locations of Goodyear, Surprise, and Glendale. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Active Arizona RN license.
- ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN certification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing.
- Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes.
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Reliable and able to travel between locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
- Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Adapt to different clinic environments and teams.
- Document accurately within EMR systems.
- Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times.
