About The Position
The client is seeking an RN - OB for a 3x12 night shift position in Lebanon, Kentucky. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must provide the listed credentials, clinical references, health screening documentation, and vaccinations, and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
