About The Position
Dunwoody Village, a highly regarded Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Newtown Square of Delaware County, is seeking to fill Part-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor weekend openings, 7pm-7:30am shift. Our RN Supervisors should understand that they will also be expected to accept floor assignments as necessary. Our supervisor is responsible for clinical supervision of long term care and short term rehabilitation units.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a primary role
- Must be a PA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current CPR certification
- Point Click Care experience
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff
- Supervising, auditing, and monitoring of above units
- Ensuring that Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) regulations/guidelines are followed
- Accept floor assignments as necessary
