You will be responsible for efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services. Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in NJ and have home care and management experience within the last five (5) years
Responsibilities
- Ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide patient care in accordance with applicable laws & regulations and accepted standards of care
- Confirm that Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures are followed by all service providers
- Work in partnership with the Operations Manager and Owner to ensure qualified caregivers are recruited, retained, supervised, and evaluated
- Maintain on-call as scheduled for clinical questions during and after normal office hours
- Support new business initiatives
