About The Position
Lincoln Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as RN Nursing Manager with QI/Infection Control and Staff Development responsibilities. This position is ideal for a dedicated leader with a background in Long Term Care who wants to share their nursing knowledge and abilities to help build a skilled, professional, and dedicated nursing team.
Requirements
- Current license as a RN in the state where the center is located.
- Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in staff development in long term care.
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
