Requirements
- Current RN license in New York State
- Prior leadership experience in long-term care or post-acute settings
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A hands-on, team-first leadership style
- Commitment to dignity, quality, and compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes and consistency
- Support clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop staff at all levels
