About The Position
Our Home Health Agency is expanding, and we’re seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated clinical team! We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses looking to make a real impact. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and immediate starts. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, and medication management. You will collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and deliver compassionate support to patients and families, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field

- Home health experience preferred
