About The Position
Our Phoenix Skilled Nursing Office is seeking newly graduated Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care. At BAYADA, we believe our clients and their families deserve care grounded in compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our Nurse Residency Program is designed to help you build confidence, develop clinical skills, and grow into the nurse you want to be. We are currently hiring for our June-August 2026 Nurse Residency Cohorts.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited RN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not RN license date).
- Active RN license (by start date)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care with a client near you
- Follow and document physician orders
- Perform assessments and monitor conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
- Deliver care independently in a home setting
