About The Position

VCU Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for their Richmond, VA Hospice office. This role involves leading care teams to deliver high-quality hospice services, ensuring excellent clinical and social care, and developing relationships within the community and with other hospice providers. The manager will also recruit core hospice team members. The position offers the opportunity to maintain clinical skills while developing leadership abilities, focusing on providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable end-of-life care to patients at home.

Requirements

Hospice experience required along with a passion for focusing on hospice care
Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

BSN or Masters preferred
Management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs
Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities
Develop and mentor future hospice leaders
