Integrity Home Care by BAYADA is currently looking to add a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) to our Joplin, MO Assistive Care State Programs team. We are seeking a nurse that is passionate about keeping care in the homes and developing skills for upward career mobility. If you’re ready to make a change, we’re ready to invest in you!
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Experience with assessments preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Home Care experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Joplin, MO and surrounding areas.
- Communicate with clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
- Supervise and support staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for staff.
- Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care.
