About The Position

Every day is different as an RN Nurse Educator! In this role, you will help prepare and support the healthcare workforce through employee development, hands-on training, and state-approved CNA education programs. You will teach CNA courses, provide CPR instruction, and support ongoing clinical education initiatives for healthcare staff. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow in their healthcare careers.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility or nursing home required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching or staff development experience preferred
