About The Position
Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Irving as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! Our NICU is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our NICU leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The NICU cares for newborns greater than 32 weeks gestation on bubble, CPAP, lines, meds, admission, discharge, etc. The patient ratios are 1:1-3, with 10 beds in the unit. It is a Level II NICU with self-scheduling, a Neonatologist on call 24/7, and a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in-house 24/7. We foster a culture of belonging, teamwork and family like environment.
Requirements
- 2 years of RN experience in NICU nursing
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- RN – Registered Nurse
- BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)

- Care for newborns greater than 32 weeks gestation on bubble, CPAP, lines, meds, admission, discharge, etc.
