RN New Graduate
About The Position
Allina Health hires new graduate RNs to join our team in providing care that is patient centered, collaborative in nature and exceptional in quality. We have one application for new graduates with less than 1 year of RN work experience. Allina is dedicated to supporting our new graduate RNs with a precepted unit-based orientation and New Grad Nurse Residency Program for the first several months of professional practice as you make the transition from student to professional nurse. This program aims to create a sense of community by bringing individuals together to discuss key areas of professional nursing practice. Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if working in state of MN upon hire / WI Department of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association OR Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross OR Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
