About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for their New Graduate Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. The program emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is unique as it is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care and provides extensive support from Clinical Managers to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering diverse experience.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.

• Participate in in-depth paid training.
