About The Position
BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated new graduate nurses to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients and provides comprehensive support and training for new nurses. The program offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR in good standing.
- Full-time commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare.
- Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
- Work with adult and pediatric patients.
- Explore passions by caring for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
