About The Position

BAYADA is seeking new graduate nurses to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care and offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. The program includes in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and cases within Philadelphia County. Nurses receive around-the-clock clinical support and can earn $1,500 nurse referral bonuses. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care. Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. The organization cares for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests. The pay rate is $28/$29/$30 per hour for days and $29/$30/$31 per hour for overnights and/or weekends. The Philadelphia team includes experienced clinical managers and a clinical educator, with nurse appreciation events held throughout the year.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting via CubHub.
• Engage in in-depth paid training from day one.
• Work with adult and pediatric simulation labs.
• Take on cases within Philadelphia County.
• Receive around-the-clock clinical support.
