Requirements
- Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs.
- Support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care.
- Utilize electronic charting for documentation.

- Full-time (36+ hours/week)
