The New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Under the guidance of experienced nursing leaders and preceptors, the New Grad RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate care for an assigned patient population across the continuum of care. In this role, the New Grad RN integrates clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to address the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs of patients and their families. The RN serves as a patient advocate, promotes effective communication among care team members, and supports patient safety and quality initiatives.
