Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience in Neuro Ortho
- Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience within Neuro Ortho department in an acute care hospital setting
- BLS issued by AHA
- MT RN license
- Licensed Registered Nurse (for Montana)
- At least one year of experience caring for neuro and/or orthopedic patients
- Demonstrating strong assessment skills, mobility and post‑operative care knowledge, and attention to neurologic changes
- Hold AHA BLS certification
- Prepared to complete the NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire
