About The Position

Provides detailed information and guidance to patients to ensure they understand their healthcare plans. Patient Educator is responsible for advising patients about treatment options and supporting them in managing their health conditions. Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare education sessions to patients
• Assess patient understanding and progress
• Develop personalized educational materials
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient education
• Conduct follow-up consultations to reinforce learning
• Maintain accurate patient education records
• Research and integrate new educational resources
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
• Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
