Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- 2+ years of Neonatal ICU (NICU) experience
- Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices.
- Complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery.
- Coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Uphold all safety and regulatory standards.
- Actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
