About The Position

The RN Navigator is responsible for enhancing the patient experience by providing a seamless navigation process from diagnosis to survivorship. The role collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to triage, coordinate, and consistently manage patient care. The RN Navigator educates patients, links them to research, serves as the primary point of contact for patients and families, and provides indirect patient care. The role also answers questions, provides emotional support, and helps resolve issues concerning the cycle of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Two years of nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• For virtual care activities that may include multi-state practice, an active compact/multistate license (eNLC) is required within 60 days of hire. Employees in the role prior to 11/09/2025 have until their next renewal date to achieve compact status.

• One year of case management experience.
