About The Position

100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at Junction Road Medical Center in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to: Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families. Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the Osteoporosis Clinic- Adult patient population Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred
  • Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
