About The Position

Provide outpatient nursing care in the Medicine Clinic OP 8 of the Ambulatory Care Research Facility, supporting internal medicine patient visits, assessments, vaccine administration, and protocol-driven outpatient services. This is a 13-week W-2 position with possible extension, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or Federal Holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
• Successful passage of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
• Valid, active RN license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of strong, current acute care experience in medical/surgical.
• Current acute care medical/surgical background.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification if required by the client.
• Vaccine administration and monitoring experience.
• Comfortable in a structured weekday outpatient clinic environment.
