About The Position
Registered Nurses provide nursing care to a group of patients for a designated time frame and will routinely lead a team of care providers. This position is responsible to the Director of the Medical/Telemetry Unit.
Requirements
- Associates Degree Nurse or Bachelors of Science Nursing Degree
- Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
- Obtains and maintains ACLS within 6 months of employment
- Obtains and maintains PALS within 12 months of employment
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of: Background Check, Lab Work, Immunization Records
Nice To Haves
- ONS training/certification for Chemotherapy Administration preferred
- 1 year previous experience preferred
