Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
  • BLS from AHA
  • ACLS
  • 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
  • Experience with computer data entry
  • A+ interpersonal and communication chops
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
  • Calm under pressure — you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro.
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN from an accredited school
  • National Certification in your specialty
  • Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
