Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
BLS from AHA
ACLS
2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
Experience with computer data entry
A+ interpersonal and communication chops
Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
Calm under pressure — you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro.
Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making.

Nice To Haves

BSN from an accredited school
National Certification in your specialty
Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems
