About The Position

This role involves providing direct patient care in a medical-surgical inpatient setting. The Registered Nurse (RN) will collaborate with a healthcare team to develop and execute patient care plans, administer medications, monitor patient responses, and educate patients on surgical procedures. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• BLS – AHA Required.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications.
• Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Educates patients on surgical procedures.
• Records patients’ medical information and vital signs.
