Schedule: 3p-11:30p, Per Diem
Location: Stillwater, MN.
Pay rate: Up to $85/hour Depending on Experience!

Requirements

• Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a hospital med/surg setting.
• Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

Nice To Haves

• Telemetry training preferred
• Previous critical care or telemetry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of each patient within the RN scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families including providing updates in a timely manner.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.
• Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.
• Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.
