Requirements
- One year of previous nursing experience, required.
- New graduate RN's must participate in a Residency Program prior to applying directly to this role.
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing required
- Current Washington State or Multi-State RN license
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification card
- NIHSS required within orientation period
- Must have strong communication/writing skills.
- Able to deal effectively with patients and family members.
- Able to work in a team environment while maintaining a highly professional and productive work ethic.
- Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Providing physical and psychological support to patients and their designated support person(s)
- Supervising assigned team members
- Nursing care is rendered to all patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, hospital, Nursing Department and regulatory standards.
