About The Position
The RN Med Surg position requires a registered nurse responsible for decisions and actions within the domain of nursing practice, promoting a safe environment for nursing care, acquiring specialized knowledge, demonstrating competence in nursing, and supervising other staff.
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Active TX RN License or Compact RN License
- 2+ years of hospital and specialty experience in Med/Tele
- Experience with Meditech preferred
- Competence in patient experience, AIDET, bedside reporting, hour rounding, and service recovery
