About The Position
Registered Nurse to provide care in the Med Surg unit, focusing on adults and geriatric patients with conditions such as stroke, SCI, and neurological diseases.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pass an open-book exam with a minimum of 90%
- Driver's license submission to verify candidacy criteria
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics, including those with neurological conditions.
- Perform duties within a team under a Charge Nurse's supervision.
- Administer medications including antibiotics, anticoagulation, and antiplatelets.
- Participate in cyclic self-scheduling with weekend and holiday requirements as stipulated.
- Comply with all facility policies including fingernail policy and obtain necessary certifications.
