About The Position

This position involves consulting and coordinating with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.

• BLS – AHA Required.

Responsibilities

• Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Educates patients on surgical procedures.
• Records patients’ medical information and vital signs.
