About The Position
Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc., a member of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Med/Surg unit. This role is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse will direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital and reports to the Nurse Manager/Director.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
- Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] license required.
- Basic Life Support [BLS] certification required.
- Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Med/Surg experience preferred.
