About The Position

The Registered Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units within the psychiatric hospital. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate behavioral health care while supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The mission is to inspire hope and deliver holistic care to those in need of behavioral health and Substance Use Disorder services in a safe and healing environment – one that is conducive to providing the life skills needed to regain stability and independence.
