About The Position

Lead Compassionate Care During the Day As a Floor RN Manager, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BSN required
• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
• Must be 21 or older

Nice To Haves

• MSN/MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
• Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.
• Handles patient complaints.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.
• Leads code drills.
• Provides training support to new staff.
