Requirements

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) by date of hire required.
  • Professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
  • Two years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive clinical excellence by collaborating with executive leadership to implement quality benchmarks that ensure every patient receives the right care in the right setting.
  • Empower and develop your team through active mentorship, hiring, and performance coaching, fostering a high-performance culture dedicated to patient advocacy.
  • Optimize operational health by overseeing daily departmental workflows and budgetary processes to ensure resources are utilized effectively.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for utilization criteria and appeal processes, providing the clarity and guidance your staff needs to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
  • Bridge the gap between care and compliance by aligning medical and nursing leadership with revenue cycle goals to maintain seamless, high-quality patient journeys.
