About The Position
MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring RN/LVN Nurses! We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to provide skilled care, treatment, and rehabilitation in accordance with individualized pediatric care plans. This position includes active participation in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, referring physicians, and other agencies involved in the patient’s care. Patient Case 18-month-old female patient Family is seeking one daytime nurse. Shifts are 7AM - 7PM Pt has G-tube feeds and medicine administration Patient does not have a trach or vent. Pt was a premie. She is behind, but doing very well. Happy and sweet baby girl.
Requirements
- Current Texas Nursing License (RN or LVN)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Current CPR certification accepted by the agency
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled care, treatment, and rehabilitation in accordance with individualized pediatric care plans.
- Active participation in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, referring physicians, and other agencies involved in the patient’s care.
- Administer G-tube feeds and medicine.
