RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role involves focusing on the patient's medical needs and treatment according to the physician's plan of care, conducting ongoing assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure quality care. The position offers both full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home.
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
