About The Position

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid RN/LVN/LPN - Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Perform EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
- Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure the highest practical well-being is maintained by the patient.
