About The Position
Ashford Gardens is currently hiring an RN/LVN for part-time every weekend 10pm-6am Saturday and Sunday and PRN RN/LVN. RN/LVN Charge Nurse. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid RN/LVN/LPN - Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
Responsibilities
- Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the RN/LVN/LPN licensure.
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
- Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
