About The Position
The Lung Health & Imaging Navigator (RN) coordinates guideline driven follow-up care for patients with lung nodules and other non-emergent imaging findings and supports the Low-Dose CT (LDCT) Lung Cancer Screening Program. The role serves as a central point of coordination among patients, radiologists, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely follow-up, patient education, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Clinical experience in pulmonology, oncology, case management, or navigation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates guideline driven follow-up care for patients with lung nodules and other non-emergent imaging findings.
- Supports the Low-Dose CT (LDCT) Lung Cancer Screening Program.
- Serves as a central point of coordination among patients, radiologists, providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensures timely follow-up, patient education, and regulatory compliance.
