About The Position

RN for 20 residents, with responsibilities for 8-10 residents per LPN and 4-6 residents per CNA. The position involves caring for geriatric long-term care residents, focusing on wound care without acute care needs. This role provides an opportunity to deliver care for older adults in a long-term care environment, including direct patient care, assessments, documentation, implementation of the nursing plan of care, oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues, and medication administration.

Requirements

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Two (2) Years Experience in Long Term Care
• BLS (AHA ONLY)
