About The Position
This position offers a shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. A 30-minute break is mandated during each shift, and the role entails weekend and holiday work as part of the schedule. This is a 13-week assignment, starting as soon as possible.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid LPN or RN license.
- Experience with PCC charting is required.
- Demonstrated ability to pass medications and perform necessary treatments.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform treatments as needed.
- Utilize paper Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Treatment Administration Records (TARs).
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting in accordance with best practices.
- Provide care in a long-term care or nursing home environment.
