About The Position
Looking for qualified Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team! This is a full-time position with premium shift differential, working 7am to 7pm on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, or Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, or Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for high-quality resident care, who thrives in a dynamic environment where they can work with staff, ensure compliance, and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes. We need strong nurses to uphold our high standards.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
- Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Conduct and document comprehensive resident evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.
- Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.
- Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team.
