About The Position
NHC HealthCare Moulton is looking for a RN / LPN to join their team. This role involves overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, addressing family/resident concerns, and other assigned duties. The position highlights include supervising and evaluating the work performance of nursing staff, monitoring care to ensure policies and procedures are followed, carrying out disciplinary actions, completing admission, discharge, and transfer documentation, and monitoring resident lab schedules and results, as well as 24-hour report sheets and following up accordingly.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in this state
- Maintains CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN)
- Participates in continuing education so that he/she has knowledge of current trends and developments in nursing and maintains current licensure requirements
- Ventilator Unit/Critical care/Special care experience
