About The Position
Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned community seeking a Part-Time RN/LPN for their Austinburg, Ohio facility. This role offers new higher wages, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a $3 shift differential for the night shift. The facility is a 115-bed community that fosters a supportive, team-driven environment where compassion and excellence guide their work. The mission is to serve as a bright light in the lives of residents and families by delivering compassionate, quality care.
Requirements
- Current RN/LPN license
- Medication administration and IV certification
- Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
- Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance
- Reliable attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
- A passion for improving the lives of residents
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required
- Supervise and support nursing assistants
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being
